Pest Control
PestNow is our pest control vendor. There are 25 bait stations located throughout the community and these are serviced monthly. Additionally, PestNow conducts quarterly exterior treatments for termites, roaches, and other insects.
TTBH Association is responsible for pest control outside community units only. Unit owners/residents are responsible for anything on the interior without exception.
Mosquito treatments are serviced monthly April through October.
