Water Services
Each of our buildings has two exterior water spigots available for watering the grass, flower gardens and other common needs. Residents may wash their vehicles at the water spigot located at the west end of the Kenwood Ave parking lot.
Interior Water Service
The Association pays for water service as a collective, common expense. The Association maintains the water infrastructure from the city's water main up to the point at which the plumbing enters each unit, at which point unit owners assume responsibility. Pursuant to the Bylaws, the Association is not responsible for interior plumbing leaks and works with affected unit owners to ensure proper communication until any leaks are resolved.
